Clients have exercise built into their daily schedule with access to a fully equipped gym and routine fitness training sessions. Exercise is proven to reduce withdrawal symptoms, lower anxiety, and prevent relapse.
Just outside the 10,000 sq ft mansion sits a negative edge pool overlooking McDowell Mountain. Access to the pool can act as a great relaxation tool and form of exercise for all clients.
